The better question is what school already has committed a violation. Are the winds blowing in from the west ? Or is the NCAA barking up the wrong bush ?

SCarolina Reports 14 NCAA Secondary Violations Link: Excite - Sports News Is it just me, or do some of these self reported violations seem trivial.
