If I remember correctly, it was about 15, about the size of an egg. I'll check when I'm at the store tomorrow. I think I had to adjust the amounts because my package of tails wasn't a pound (I think).

I am thinking of splitting it up and making some crawfish and some sausage or something. I was trying to figure out how much i need to buy.
