Whatever, guy.

Did you bother reading the post?

Jai's son was a very big factor. However, Jai had his son well before he committed to Michigan. Was his son just irrelevant then? No. Miles convinced him to stay near home for his son. Thus, Miles was an integral part of Jai's commitment to LSU.

The original comment you responded to was...

I wonder how many other kids he scared off that Miles would have been able to bring in?
You might have a case with the Perrilloux situation, but that simply wasn't the case with Jai. Considering the above question and your response to it, you were wrong, plain and simple.

Actually, it turns out I was wrong about RP - he was apparently a silent commit to Saban.

Jai was not coming to LSU while Saban was here - even though he had a child through the whole process.

He wasn't coming here under Saban, but he did under Miles. Do you understand how that does make Jai an appropriate example?

What the primary "reason" behind the decision was is irrelevant, because it was Miles that showed it to him & got him to come to LSU.

I question why you even bother to bring this up, because it cetainly isn't a new topic & really isn't important at all. Would it make you feel better to win an argument with me?

Just so I get it straight. Are you implying that Jai wouldn't be here if Saban was still our coach?

Tygrr to be honest with you it sounds like you can not admit when you are wrong. This has been discussed multiple times and Jai has even commented on Miles influencing his decision. Why do you think Carr was so angry at Miles over the recruitment of Jai? Wouldn't he direct his anger towards Saban if you were correct?

Parso has admitted to being wrong in the past.

You missed the point. My point wasn't that Saban persuaded Jai. Of course Jai will mention that Miles influenced him, cause Miles was the coach. My point is that Jai would have come to LSU no matter who the coach was because his son was the deciding factor.

Well from what I have heard from a grad assistant coach I am in grad school with, Jai was not coming to LSU until Miles influenced him. You can believe that or not but this is a dead topic.
