Default Four Former Tigers to be Inducted into Hall of Fame

Quote:
BATON ROUGE -- Four former LSU standouts, including a football player, a golfer and two track athletes, will be inducted into the LSU Athletic Hall of Fame Saturday night.

New inductees to the LSU Hall of Fame will be former All-Southeastern Conference quarterback Tommy Hodson, SEC champion golfer Eddie Merrins, three-time All-American hurdler Eric Reid and eight-time SEC champion runner Bob Smith.

The four former Tigers will also throw out the first pitch before the LSU vs. South Carolina baseball game Saturday afternoon. They were named to the LSU Athletic Hall of Fame by a selection committee in December.

Perhaps I don't understand running and field and multiple championships, but do they not have eligibility requirements? I'm thinking Perriloux could be an eight time Heisman winner!

ah ha ha ha ha. I've got news for you, Perriloux ALREADY thinks he could be an eight time Heisman winner. . .

I think they break it into indoor/outdoor, so he probably won a ton of different distance races in both?
