Everyone has covered my favs so I'll go with the games I've actually attended:
  • Beating UF in '07 (129.8 decibels at field level when SC loses)
  • Beating #1 UF in '97
  • Earthquake game
  • Beating #4 Bama in '05 (on the road, in OT)
  • Beating Bama in '00 in Tiger Statium for the 1st time in 30 years

Earlier today, I was thinking of the blocked kicked against Alabama last season. That just goes against all that is good in the world that a play as great as that didn't result in Tiger victory in overtime. Oh well... here's to beating Bama for the next 40 years straight!

My top 5 that I have seen in person:

1. 2003 National Championship victory over OU (Best moment for me was opening play, JV almost taking it to the house to start game)
2. 2007 Nat Champ over OSU (Best moment for me was Flynn's first TD, made me realize we were settled down)
3. Katrina game, at ASU, Jamarcus does not get near enough credit for one of THE greatest game winning passes I have ever seen.
4. 2006 at UT, Jamarcuss game winner at the end of the 4th qtr to beat Tennessee, while I was screaming in a sea of silent Orange.
5. 2003 Watching the Tigers walk on the field here in Tucson and listening to all of my buddies complaining about how big we look, and I then point out that #4 is our freshman QB.....they almost left the stadium. (Completely selfish and only I care about it.)

When San Jose State came out here several years ago to play in Tiger Stadium they mentioned after the game that they had been accustomed to playing western teams where players were either big and strong or small and fast. They were impressed by the LSU team all being big, strong and fast--especially the linemen. There were no lumbering linemen at all, they were beating San Jose backs to the corner all night.

Because no one else will say it:

Being at the Troy game will be something I will remember forever. Scoring 37 unanswered points in 17 minutes after being down 31-3 is a memorable game.

I'm still thawing out from that one.
Prolly coldest I've ever been inside that Stadium.
The Bama game in either '04 or '06 was rather frigid as well.

<--- Still relishes the whipping we put on Fla State prior to the Orange bowl in 82. I rained oranges that night.

I agree with the Notre dame win in 71,but Thiesman was gone . He graduated in 1970.We got Notre Dames 3rd stringer Cliff Brown after their 1st 2 qbs both went down with knee injuries. I think their names were Steenburg or Steenburger and Bill Etter.A great win ,but we werent facing a future college football hall of fame qb .the next year Brown would be beaten out by Tom Clements... so except for the injuries in 71 he might never have seen the field has a qb for notre dame.

1. The Run (also the goal line stand in which Cannon participated in during this game, helping seal the win).
2. The Earthquake Game
3. 20-10 win against Bama in 1982
4. Loss (that's right, I said loss) to USC in 1979...Tiger Stadium at its finest
5. The 2004 MNC win, barely edging out the first NC in 1958, the 2007 Fourth Down/Les Miles Has Balls! game against Florida, and the 1966 Cotton Bowl win over number two ranked Arkie.
