Here you go, LSU's jerseys will be sans shoulder stripes with sleeve stripes instead.

The helmets will still have the "LSU" lettering with the tiger head logo:

eh, but they're changing the colors. that's not right. i can see changing the uniforms, but the colors (at the VERY least) should not be changed.

Yeah, looks like a white Saints jersey with the black replaced as purple.

Honestly, I think all these jerseys look like they were made in NCAA 10.

Also the gloves are now on sale in nike's own shop. the previous schools gloves sold out pretty fast, so i'd move it if you want some.

Certainly an improvement over the first released picture. I no longer mind that we are wearing them.

God forbid we actually wear real gold for once. It looks good, and I'm glad our helmet will virtually be the same just a different color.

You mean like changing it from "Old Gold" to "Canary Yellow"?

since when has LSU even been relevant when they wore the old gold? the new(er) uniforms are instant identity. i don't think that it's off base to criticize going back to that color. seriously, who even remembers LSU wearing old gold? maybe my grandpa, i don't know.

It doesn't matter. Your point was simply that they were changing the colors. LSU colors are royal purple and old gold. Canary yellow isn't the official color unless that's been changed and I'm simply not aware (it's possible). To say the LSU's current colors are purple and gold is inaccurate. Of course I don't think LSU says it's canary yellow but it's closer to canary yellow than it is to the actual color "old gold".

the official color for LSU is Pantome PMS 123 -- LSU Colors | Visual Identity Program

Depending on where you look up the color, some places call it gold some call it sunglass yellow.

Scott and Ridley modled the uniforms yesterday:

Not crazy about the white on white but the helmet looks cool. I don't mind experimenting with shades of yellow/gold.
