Col Reb. I keep hearing about the Ga, Miss St and Wash game, but if you look at 2004, when Jesus was our coach, we won several games with more lucky breaks than the ones this year, and I don't hear anything about those.

In the end, it's whether it's a win or a loss.

Period.

Well dude when we lost to ole piss and droppped to 17 its a harsh reminder of the game. it takes a bit longer then 4 days to just not be upset about it.

I really don't understand your post.
We have already lost more games than we did in 2004.
Jesus never had a .500 or less season while at LSU.

I will say that we had better coaches and averaged more offense, points and yards per game with a true freshman at QB, I believe JR was a true freshman at the time?
Our line of scrimmage was more dominant back then for one thing.
What does that tell you about the LSU of today?
Then why am I missing the point?
We lost 2 games in 2004 and I admit no matter how good you are in any sport, you also have to have some luck.
We've lost more games the last 2 seasons then we probably did in the last 3 to 4 seasons before that?
People are complaining and upset more because of last year and the incompetence of any of the coaches to make adjustments to fix the offense.

we lost 3 games in '04.
same as what we've lost so far this year.

Yes, well we didn't lose 5 games the year before.
The circumstances is actually quite different compared to 04.
I'm sure our offense wasn't this bad with a freshman Qb at the helm compared to a sophomore.

I think we'll survive. Why do you worry about such things? Do you think Alleva is worried about how you're going to meet Christmas expenses? You worry about that and let LSU worry about revenue. In the meantime, enjoy a little football.
