I'll take that chance, over the alternative. You can't do worse. My only concern about BG would be wondering why Myers passed on him for OC. But it is not a big one, who knows what inner politics were involved.

All I know, is that between the rumors of him leaving (being let go, whatever) tomorrow and then the rumors about the Bears position, I atleast have a reason to be optimistic! This has a Miles coaching "change" MO all over it.

No I dont think so, I think he was hired to coach WRs, but the extra function of passing coordinator sealed the deal. The guy has never been an OC.

Yea the avatar is not really necessary.

But to the point this might give me more faith in Les if indeed he is doing the "help coach ______ find a new job". Personally I would love to see the whole YOUR FIRED thing. 110th offense deserves your fired not here is another job. However, at this point I would be happy with a change regardless of how it arrives.

I sure hope it's true. I love LSU and don't like the Bears at all. So it would be a move made in heaven.

This would fit into the whole rumor of Kragthorpe to LSU if Crowton to the Bears is true. It's been Miles' MO to have his assistant coaches find other jobs rather than fire them outright. So there's some smoke billowing.
